32 mm U groove wheel / roller / runner mounted on 6.3*32*9.6mm on S608ZZ 420 Stainless steel bearing, supplied with a 6 x 16 PT rivet
The wheel and rivet are suitable replacements for several makes and types of sliding doors but please check the drawing before ordering. Max load 50kg.
Replacement is a straightforward job for the average DIYer needing no special tools, see Buyers' feedback. A minor modification to the assembly may be required, written and photo step-by-step instructions are supplied.
Extended inner ring
The extended inner ring (9.6mm wide) of the high-quality sealed bearing provides clearance between parallel mounting brackets/surfaces enabling the wheel to rotate freely without spacers or washers.
1 @ 6 x 16 PT rivet included. The rivet is set (secured) by deforming its hollow end using a punch or similar tool IE Philips screwdriver. Instructions are provided.
Similar to Rolltrak 1010, 1013, 1018, 1020, 1040 and 1041 wardrobe door wheels etc.
Load rating calculation
To identify the load rating of the roller you require, calculate your door's weight (load).
This formula will calculate the approximate weight of a framed heavy glass door:
Formula: Height x width x 10, + 4 = load/kg.
For example,
The door is 2.260m high x .914m wide
2.26m x .914m x 10 + 4 = 24.7kg (2 @ 30kg rollers required)
